Kali's Kardhouse – Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Kali's Kardhouse. The following terms govern all shipping and delivery of orders placed through our store. By placing an order, you agree to this Shipping Policy.

1. Order Processing

1.1 All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
1.2 Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or U.S. federal holidays.
1.3 During periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended by several days. If a significant delay occurs, we will contact you by email or telephone.

2. Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

2.1 We offer free economy shipping on orders of $300 or more (after discounts and before taxes) within the continental United States.
2.2 Shipping costs for orders under this threshold will be calculated at checkout.


3. Shipping Destinations

3.1 We ship to addresses within the United States, U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
3.2 International Shipping is currently suspended until further notice.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

4.1 Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number(s).
4.2 Tracking numbers typically become active within 24 hours of shipment.


5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

5.1 Kali's Kardhouse is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees applied to your order.
5.2 All such charges are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

6.1 We offer Route Shipping Protection to insure your order against loss, theft, or damage in transit.
6.2 By default, Route Shipping Protection is enabled in your cart. You may opt out by manually deselecting it before checkout.
6.3 If you opt out of Route Shipping Protection, ownership and risk transfer to you once the package is handed over to the carrier (USPS, UPS, or other shipping service). In such cases, Kali's Kardhouse is not responsible for lost, stolen, held, or damaged packages.
6.4 If you purchased Route Shipping Protection and your package is lost, stolen, or damaged:

  • Contact us at info@kaliskardhouse.com within 48 hours of the issue.

  • We will assist you in filing a claim with Route.

7. Signature Requirement for High-Value Orders

7.1 For all orders of $300 or more (after discounts and before taxes), a signature will be required upon delivery to help ensure the package reaches the intended recipient.
7.2 If the customer is unavailable to sign, it is their responsibility to arrange re-delivery or pickup with the carrier.
7.3 Failure to retrieve a package that is returned to Kali's Kardhouse may result in additional shipping fees for re-sending the order.

8. Delivery Times

8.1 Delivery time estimates provided at checkout are based on carrier information and are not guaranteed.
8.2 Weather delays, carrier errors, and other unforeseen events may extend delivery times.
